Michael's jazz funk stylings sharply color anything thrown at him and his energy is contagious. He toured and recorded extensively with the Merl Saunders' Rain Forrest Band, and has contributed to projects by various other artists, including Leo Nocentelli of The Funky Meters, Harvey Mandel, Country Joe, etc.
